My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed being there, it's nice hotel. Its location was indeed marvellous and good and only 5 minutes walk from Palm Theatre. There were coffee house and pubs walking distance to the place.

The location was stunning, really close to a hollow square and the slopes & downtown and the gondola which runs up to the ski resort/mountain village. There was Steamies Burger Bar, located nearby, where we relaxed. The guest room with balconies, facilities worked for us.

Sincerely, it was a great stay on vacation. The location was good and perfect for my stay, 600 feet from There. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were super-friendly and fairly friendly.

In an upscale but oh so beautiful mountain town, you can't beat the location of this hotel. Just steps from the chair base and a short walk to the grocery store and free gondola, it's perfect for exploring. The rooms may not be fancy, but they are comfortable and offer a great base for your adventures. Plus, the staff is friendly and accommodating, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Some rooms on the ground floor lack privacy, as they are exposed to foot traffic passing by.

Thought from the pictures it would be more like a hostel than hotel. Happy to find a coffee maker, tv and table & chairs in my room! Thanks

Staff was helpful. I liked the check in box after office hours. Great to be able to arrive whenever and still get my key without having to bug a staff member.

The room we booked was newly renovated, neat with a comfortable bed. The hotel was in a comfy and best possible location close enough to the grocery store and Close to restaurants. The people working in the property were very professional.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The location is fantastic, right next to the creek that runs through the lower side of town, giving it a tranquil and picturesque setting. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for local restaurants and ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, with two beds packed in for skiers to crash in after a day on the slopes. Some rooms even come with balconies for enjoying the mountain views. The kitchenette provides convenience for preparing meals on a moment's notice, adding to the overall appeal of this hotel.

No hooks in the bathroom or kitchen space to hang wet towels or dish towels.

location and price for that weekend event, as other more attractive properties were booked.

old flooring, no views, no common areas in our building for gathering with friends.

We were given stocked, recently refurbished room with the kitchenette. The location was comfortable and best possible, not too far from Palm Theatre.

Location: the hotel was near to the river as well as the gondola which runs up to the ski resort/mountain village. I booked newly renovated guest room here with a kitchen, king size bed, a pull out sofa.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Convenient location near main street, shops, restaurants, and market. Close to gondola/lift. Fresh paint improves appearance. Friendly and helpful staff. Cute room with nice wood accents. Effective A/C. Clean. Box Canyon Falls worth a visit.

Parking was awful! Staff rude. Lack of communication between booking company and hotel not good. We booked a kitchenette and was given a regular room. Finally got it changed. Witnessed three unhappy Customers during the two times I was in the office. One customer wanted the manager to hear what she had to deal with and wanted the clerk to be present. We will not use this hotel again!

We had a great room and the location is fantastic. We are repeat visitors (having stayed a number of times previously). We appreciate the pet-friendly rooms. We will definitely return.

The person behind the front desk lacked any type of personality. When we came to check in, she was clicking away on the computer and was not "too enthused" we had arrived. We had requested a 1st floor room (stairs were a difficulty), but received a second floor room. We dealt with the inconvenience, but it seemed none of our "comments", submitted when we booked the room, were even read or acknowledged.
